The US is on holiday on July 4 for the Independence Day holiday.
- Stock markets – most notably the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq – will be closed
- Bond markets are closed. The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) recommends bond trading closed.
- Most FX desks will be closed, skeleton staff at best
There will, however, be some trading on Globex (CME). Interest will be light and liquidity will be thin. But, if ya gotta get your trading fix in for day 😉 …
