Canada’s Finance Dept is set to deliver the Fall Economic Statement today but with this morning’s resignation of Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, it wasn’t clear who would deliver it.
Now Radio-Canada reports that Dominic Leblanc, who is also the Minister of Public Safety, will take the job.
That’s a strong sign that Trudeau doesn’t intend to quit.
