Major European indices are closing mostly higher. The one exception is Spain’s Ibex. Look at the closing levels shows:

As European traders look for the exits, US stocks remain higher led by the NASDAQ index
- Dow industrial average up 0.64%
- S&P index up 1.33%
- NASDAQ index up 1.86%
US yields are lower. The US treasury will auction off 7-year notes at 1 PM ET. The two and five-year note auctions earlier this week saw strong domestic demand in the US and weaker international demand.
- 2-year yield 3.805%, -5.6 basis points
- 5-year yield 3.949%, -6.7 basis points
- 10 year yield 4.328%, -5.9 basis points
- 30 year yield 4.785%, -4.6 basis points.
Looking at markets:
- Crude oil is trading near unchanged at $62.24.
- Gold is trading up $38 or 1.16% at $3326.10.
- Silver is trading down $0.20 or -0.60% at $33.37.
- Bitcoin is trading down $426 at $93,304.
- Copper is trading down 1 cet or -0.20% at $4.833
