Via a note from Goldman Sachs on global equities, they see CTA systematic traders as net buyers for the next 2 weeks.
GS says CTA traders are net long equities, around the 65th percentile, but nevertheless they will continue to be buyers “in every scenario” GS model.
GS says this buying will offset a dearth of corporate buying (blackout).
