Report that Nvidia, AMD to pay 15% export tax to US govmnt getting more widely reported

The Financial Times has reported that Nvidia and AMD have struck a deal with the US government to hand over 15% of their revenue from chip sales in China, in exchange for export licences for those semiconductors.
